To preve nt, in t he Cana l Zone, fire-hun ting at night a nd hunt ing by m eans of a [Public, No . 250.] spring or trap, and to repeal the Executive orders of September 8, 1909, and January 27, 1914 . Canal Zone.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives o f the Fire hun ting at night, United States o f Americ a in Con gress as sembled, That every person etc , unlawful . - who shall hunt at night, between the hours of sunset and sunrise, with the aid or us e of a la ntern, to rch, bonf ire, or o ther arti ficial light, or who shall hunt by the use of a gun or other firearm intended to be discharged by any animal or bird, by means of a spring or trap, Penalty .
or other similar mechanica l device, shall b e guilty of a misd emeanor . The penalties imposed by this Act shall be in addition to the punishments authorized by the law against carrying arms without a permit . Fxecutive Orders SEC . 2 . That the Executive order of September 8, 1909, amending Nos. 1124, 1884, re- pealed . section 454 of the Penal Code of the Canal Zone, and the Executive order of January 27, 1914, numbered 1884, be, and they are hereby, repealed .
