Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Amer ica i n Cong ress assemb led, That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, from any funds in the Treas- ury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $50,000 for the purpose of cooperating with the Round Valley Union High School District Board of School Trustees, town of Covelo, and County of Mendocino, Ca lifornia, for c onstruct ion of a new pu blic hi gh-schoo l plant at Covelo, California : Provided, That the expenditure of any money so appropriated shall be subj ect to the express condit ions that the school maintained by the said school district in the said building shall be available to all Indian children on the same terms, except as to payment of tuition, as other children of said school district : Pro- vided further, That such expenditures shall be subject to such fur- ther conditions as may be prescribed by the Secretary of the Interior . Approved, June 7, 1935 . AN ACT Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f Amrica in Congress assembled, That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the Treas- ury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $125,000 for the purpose of cooperating with the public-school board of Shannon County, South Dakota, for the construction and equipment of a consolidated public high-school building, at Pine Ridge, South Dakota : Pro- vided, That said school shall be conducted for both white and Indian children without discrimination, and that practical training for vocations and home economics be provided, and that the cost of education of white children shall be defrayed by the State and local public-school authorities, in accordance with such agreement or agreements as may be made between the Secretary of the Interior and State or local officials, and any and all sums of money obtained by reason of such agreement or agreements shall be available for reexpenditure for support and maintenance of said school . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That from and after Corps bang a the date of approval of this Act the present leader of the United States Rank, etc ., Navy Band and the present leader of the band of the United States leaders o f. Marine Corps shall have the rank, pay, and allowances of a lieutenant in the Navy and of a captain in the Marine Corps, respectively; and in the computation of their pay and allowances all service in the Navy [Public, No. 115 .] Marine prese nt Pay and allowances.
