To amend the Act entitled "An Act to give war-time rank to retired officers and [S .927.1 for mer of fic ers of the Ar my, Nav y, Mar ine Cor ps, and/or Coast Gu ard of the [Public, No.143.] United States", approved June 21, 1930, so as to give class B officers of the Army benefits of such Act . Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives o f the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That section 1 of the Act entitled "An Act to give war-time rank to retired officers and form er offi cers of the Arm y, Navy, Marine Corps, and/or Coast Guard of the United States ", approved June 21, 1930, is amended by striking out the words " except those retired under the provisions of section 24b of the Act of June 4, 1920 ." Approved, June 15, 1935 . [CHAPTER 257 .] AN ACT To authorize na val and Marine Corp s service of Army o fficers to be inclu ded in comp uting dates of re tirem ent . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That in computing service for the purpose of retirement of an officer of the Army, there shall be included, in addition to service now authorized by law to be included, all service in the Navy or Marine Corps which is authorized by law to be included for the purpose of retirement of an officer of the Navy or Marine Corps . Be it e nacted by the Se nate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That section 787 of the Revised Statutes (U. S. C., title 28, sec. 503), be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows "SEC . 787. It shall be the duty of the marshal of each district to attend the district courts when sitting therein and to execute all lawful precepts issued under the authority of the United States

[Public, No. 145 .1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Repres entatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That for the pur- pose of further carrying into effect the provisions of the Foreign Service Buildings Act of 1926, as amended, there is authorized to be appropriated, in addition to the amount authorized by such Act, an amount not to exceed $300,000 for the purpose of acquiring a site, erection of buildings, and the furnishings thereof, for the use of the diplomatic and consular establishments of the United States at Helsingfors, Finland . Sums appropriated pursuant to this Act shall be available for the purpose and be subject to the conditions and limitations of the Foreign Service Buildings Act of 1926, as amended .
