Chacun des deux pays signataires du present Arrange- ment qui reexpedie A tort un colis assure sur un tiers pays est responsable envers I'expediteur dans la m~me mesure que Ie pays d'origine, donc dans les limites du present Arrangement. 2. Les Administrations sont de- gagees de toute responsabilite: (a) En cas d'acceptation de la remise du colis sans reserve par Ie destinataire. (b) En cas de perte ou d'avane derivant de force majeure; toute- fois chacune des Administrations pourra payer sans avoir recours a l'autre Administration, l'indem- nite meme dans Ie cas OU l'Admi- nistration du pays dans Ie service duquel la perte ou l'avarie a eu lieu reconnaitrait que Ie dommage a ete motive par la fo-ce majeure.
