ARTICLE 152 Inquiries concern'i'fl!} articles mailed in another country In the case contemplated by Article 53, Section 3, of the Con- vention, the tracer form C 12 or C 13 is transmitted to the Ad- ministration of origin. The Form C 13 shall be accompanied by the certificate of mailing. The Administration of origin shall be pu t in possession of the form within the period prescribed by Article 53, Section 2, of the Convention.
