Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Appmpmqon, United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of twelve thousand five hundred dollars be, and is hereby appropriated, to be paid out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to aid in the completion of a harbor already commenced by the citizens of the town of Racine, at the mouth of Root river, in the Territory of Wisconsin.
