Perkins, former postmaster at Seattle, Washington, with the sum of $14,897.66, rep- resenting the amount of postal funds lost in the robbery of said post office on December 23, 1931, and now charged to the account of the former postmaster. SEC. 2 . That the Comptroller General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed further to credit the account of Charles M. Perkins, former postmaster at Seattle, Washington, with the sum of $1,100, representing the amount of postal funds embezzled by Edgar A.
