The present treaty shall be ratified by the High Contracting Parties according to their respec- tive constitutional provisions and will come into force on the day of exchange of ratifications, which will take place at Bucharest as soon as possible. ARTICLE IV. - The present treaty will be in force for the duration of enforce- ment of the treaty of July 23, 1924, and their application will cease at the same time. In witness whereof the above- named plenipotentiaries have signed the present treaty, drawn up in the English language and in the French language, and have hereunto affixed their seals.
