The present treaty shall be ratified by the High Contracting Parties according to their respec- tive constitutional provisions and will come into force on the day of exchange of ratifications, which will take place at Bucharest as soon as possible. ARTICLE IV. - The present treaty will be in force for the duration of enforce- ment of the treaty of July 23, 1924, and their application will cease at the same time. In witness whereof the above- named plenipotentiaries have signed the present treaty, drawn up in the English language and in the French language, and have hereunto affixed their seals. Now, THEREFORE, be it known that I, Franklin D. Roosevelt, President of the United States of America, have caused the said supplementary extradition treaty to be made public, to the end that the same and every article and clause thereof may be observed and fulfilled with good faith by the United States of America and the citizens thereof.
