AMERICAS AND SPAIN-POSTAL RELATIONS-DECEMBER 22, 1936 dan ser utilizados gratuitamente para el transporte de su corre- spondencia, en las condiciones marcadas por el articulo 3, pre- cedente; j) De publicar la tarifa de porte del servicio interior de cada uno de los paises interesados y el cuadro de equivalencias; k) De redactar y distribuir anu- almente entre los paises de la Uni6n Postal de las Americas y Espania una Memoria de los tra- bajos que realice; I) De levar a cabo los estudios y trabajos que se le pidan, en interes de los paises contratantes y con relaci6n a la obra de vincu- Iaci6n social, econ6mica y artis- tica, para cuyo efecto la Oficina Internacional estara siempre a disposici6n de dichos paises, a fin de facilitarles cuantos informes especiales requieran sobre asuntos relativos al servicio de Correos americoespaiol; m) De intervenir y colaborar en la organizaci6n y realizaci6n de los Congresos y Conferencias de la Uni6n Postal de las Americas y Espafia; n) De la distribuci6n, entre las Administraciones de la Uni6n Pos- tal de las Americas y Espafia, de las leyes y reglamentos postales de cada una; teniendo por conse- cuencia dichas Administraciones, la obligaci6n de proporcionar a la mencionada Oficina veintincinco ejemplares de las expresadas leyes y reglamentos. 3. Los gastos especiales que de- manden la formaci6n de la Memo- ria anual y el cuadro de comuni- caciones postales de los paises con- tratantes, y los que se produzcan con motivo de la reuni6n de Con- gresos o Conferencias, seran sufra- gados por las Administraciones de dichos paises, de acuerdo con las categorias establecidas en el arti- culo 111 del Reglamento de Ejecu- ci6n. (m) Taking part and collabo- rating in the organization and con- vening of Congresses and Confer- ences of the Postal Union of the Americas and Spain. (n) Distributing among the Ad- ministrations of the Postal Union of the Americas and Spain the postal laws and regulations of each; said Administrations accord- ingly being obligated to furnish the Office mentioned twenty-five cop- ies of the laws and regulations in question. 3. The special expenses arising from the preparation of the Annual Report and the Table of Postal Communications of the contract- ing countries, and those arising on account of meetings of Con- gresses or Conferences, will be shared by the Administrations of said countries in accordance with the classes established in Article 111 of the Regulations of Execu- tion.
