INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS OTHER THAN TREATIES ARTICULO 7 ARTICLE 7 Responsabilidad Las Administraciones seran re- sponsables ante los remitentes, de las cantidades que 4stos de- positen para ser invertidas en gijos postales, hasta el momento en que sean pagados a los des- tinatarios o endosatarios. Responsibility The Administrations will be responsible to the remitters for the amounts which the latter deposit to be converted into money orders until they have been paid to the payees or indorsees. ARTICULO 8 ARTICLE 8 Period of validity. Franquiciade derechos Estaran exentos de todo derecho, los giros relativos al servicio cambiados entre las Ad- ministraciones o entre las Oficinas de Correos dependientes de cada Administraci6n; asi como tam- bien los giros que remitan a la Oficina Internacional de Monte- video y viceversa. ARTICULO 9 Plazo de validez de los giros Salvo acuerdo en contrario, todo giro postal sera pagadero en el pals de destino, dentro del plazo de los doce meses siguientes al de su emisi6n. El importe de todos los giros que no hayan sido pagados du- rante ese periodo, sera acreditado en la primera cuenta que se rinda a la Administraci6n del pals de origen, la cual procedera con arreglo a sus Reglamentos. ARTICULO 10 Exemption from charges Orders relating to the service exchanged between Administra- tions or between post offices belonging to any Administration will be exempt from all charges, as well as orders sent to the International Office of Monte- video and vice versa. ARTICLE 9 Period of validity of orders In the absence of agreement to the contrary, every money order will be payable in the country of destination for a period of twelve months following that of its is- suance. The amount of all orders which have not been paid within that period will be credited in the first account rendered to the Adminis- tration of the country of origin, which will proceed in accordance with its regulations. ARTICLE 10 Cambio de direcci6n y reintegro de Change of address and repayment of giros orders 1. Cuando el remitente desee corregir un error en la direcci6n del destinatario o que el monto del giro le sea devuelto, deber, solicitarlo de la Administraci6n Central del pals en que el giro haya sido emitido. 2. Por lo general, un giro postal no sera reintegrado sin autorizaci6n de la Administraci6n Central del pals pagador. 1.
