Also, Origsn Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That there be, and hereby is, E°'°¤· granted to Origen Eaton, of Sullivan, in the county of Madison and state of New York, apension at the rate of twenty-five dollars a month, in lieu of the pension now received by him, commencing on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-four.
