110 " Limited to coastal telegraph stations using unmodulated emissions (Al only). 111 " In Region 1, Australia and New Zealand, the frequency bands 70-72 kc/s and 84-86 kc/s are reserved for the exclusive use of continuous wave systems of radionavigation. 112 " The development of long distance radionavigation systems is author- ized in this band which will become exclusively allocated wholly or in part for the use of any one such system as soon as it is internationally adopted. Other considerations being equal, preference should be given to the system requiring the minimum bandwidth for world-wide service and causing the least harmful interference to other services. If a pulse radionavigation system is employed, the pulse emissions never- theless must be confined within the band, and must not cause harmful interfer- ence outside the band to stations operating in accordance with the Regulations. During the experimental period prior to the international adoption of any long-distance radionavigation system in this band, the rights of existing sta- tions operating in this band will continue to be recognized. 1621
