Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 2()r) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor chikl, George Rodney Giltner (formerly Joji Wakamiya), shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mr. and Mrs. William H. Giltner, citizens of the United States. Approved April 22, 1953.

CHAPTER 29 AN ACT For the relief of Robert Harold Wall.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Robert Harold Wall, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Lieutenant and Mrs. J. V. Wall, citizens of the United States. Approved April 22, 1953.

CHAPTER 33 AN ACT For the relief of Bernard W. Olson.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Bernard W. Olson, of Oakes, North Dakota, the sum of $3,500, in full satisfaction of his claim against the United States for compensation for the death of his minor child who was fatally burned as a result of falling into an open pit of scalding water located on the United States naval air base, Trinidad, British West Indies, on January 22, 1949, and for burial and other expenses incurred as a result thereof: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved May 11, 1953.
