AN ACT For the relief of Kazimiera Marek.

Be it eruwted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the fe^sta/.Tee^iso' ^^*'^^^ States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the 8 USC 1 10 u purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration ^^^^' and Nationality Act, the minor child, Kazimiera Marek, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Walter and Helen Malinowski, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
