AN ACT • For the relief of Anna Marie Erdelyi.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Anna Marie Erdelyi, the fiancee of Sergeant Clinton G. Dubey, a citizen of the United States, shall be eligible for a visa as a nonimmigrant temporary visitor for a period of three months: Provided, That the administrative authorities find that the said Anna Marie Erdelyi is coming to the United States with a bona fide intention of being married to the said Sergeant Clinton G. Dubey and that she is found otherwise admissible under the immigration laws, except that the provisions of sections 212(a)(9) and 212(a) (12) of the Immigration and Nationality Act shall not be applicable to the said Anna Marie Erdelyi: Provided further, That these exemptions shall apply only to grounds for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. In the event the marriage between the above-named persons does not occur within three months after the entry of the said Anna Marie Erdelyi, she shall be required to depart from the United States and upon failure to do so shall be deported in accordance with the provisions of sections 242 and 243 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. I n the event that the marriage between the abovenamed persons shall occur within three months after the entry of the said Anna Marie Erdelyi, the Attorney General is authorized and directed to record the lawful admission for permanent residence of the said Anna Marie Erdelyi as of the date of the payment by her of the required visa fee. That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Sebastiana Santoro shall be held and considered to be a child of Giovanni Santoro, a citizen of the United States, as defined in section 101(b)(1)(A) of that Act.
