Rifkin Textile s Corp.

AN ACT For the relief of Rifkin Textiles Corporation.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) notwithstanding the time limitation prescribed by section 520 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1520) or any other statute of limitation, the consimiption entries made on behalf of Rifkin Textiles Corporation of New York, New York, and set out in subsection (b), may be reliquidated in accordance with the law applicable as of the date such entries where made and refund of duties may be made in accordance with such reliquidation if application for such reliquidation is made within one year after the date of enactment of this Act. AN ACT To provide for the free entry of an electrically driven rotating chair for the use of the Louisiana State University Medical Center, New Orleans, Louisiana.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to admit free of duty one electrically driven rotating chair (and the control unit and other equipment accompanying such chair) for the use of the Louisiana State University Medical Center, New Orleans, Louisiana. SEC. 2. If the liquidation of the entry of any article described in the first section of this Act has become final, such entry shall be reliquidated and the appropriate refund of duty shall be made. Approved October 30, 1965.
