Resolved by the Senate {the House of Reiwesentatlves conourring), That the Congress recognizes the great benefits the Saint Jjawrence Seaway has provided in stinuilating economic development and prosperity not only wirliin the region of the Great Lakes-Saint Lawrence Seaway system, but throughout the entire United States and the Xorth American Continent, and commends the celebration, during the period from June 26, 1969, through July 7, 1969, of the tenth anniversary of the opening of the Saint Lawrence Seaway to all Americans.
