PUBLIC LAW 94-104—OCT. 6, 1975 calendar days after receiving any such statement, adopts a concurrent resolution stating in effect that it objects to such proposed sale. (5) This subsection shall become effective only upon enactment of foreign assistance legislation authorizing sales, credits, and guaranties under the Foreign Military Sales Act for fiscal year 1976.
