Public Law 94-220 94th Congress Joint Resolution To amend the effective date of certain provisions of the Defense Production Act Amendments of 1975.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 9 of the Defense Production Act Amendments of 1975 is amended by striking out section 9 and inserting in lieu thereof the following section: "SEC. 9. This Act and the amendments made by it shall take effect at the close of November 30, 1975, except that the amendment made by section 3 shall take effect upon the one hundred and twentieth day beginning after the date of its enactment.". Approved February 27, 1976.
