Public Law 94-500 94th Congress An Act To name the new post oflSce in Youngstown, Ohio, the "Michael J. Kirwan Post Office".

Be it BTiacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the building being constructed by the United States Postal Service at 99 South Walnut Street, in Youngstown, Ohio, shall be known and designated as the "Michael J. Kirwan Post Office". Any reference in any law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be considered to be a reference to the Michael J. Kirwan Post Office. Approved October 14, 1976.
