The limitation on travel expenses in the current fiscal year for the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation is increased by $300,000. VETERANS ADMINISTRATION GENERAL OPERATING EXPENSES
For an additional amount for "General operating expenses", $5,638,000. CONSTRUCTION, MAJOR PROJECTS
For an additional amount for "Construction, major projects", $4,000,000, to remain available until expended, of which $1,000,000 is for the advance planning of projects funded through the Advance Planning Fund, and, notwithstanding any other provision of law, $3,000,000 is for construction of facilities in support of the new State medical school at East Tennessee State University.
