Do you want a "double" nop after each image? You haven't done so in every case. Londonjackbooks (talk) 22:58, 6 March 2016 (UTC)
- I meant to check that after transclusion, thanks for reminding me. I want to develop a consistent approach to this, though I am still trying to recall the various considerations. I am leaning toward only using two empty lines between 'sections' of the content, without discriminating between images and text, and have now applied that to this work. Having finally decided on that, it seems certain that the next job will give me cause me to waver from that rule. I would be interested in any thoughts you have had on this topic. - I approach each work with a different set of eyes, and have not really developed a working formula. My transclusions and formatting choices (between works) are probably all over the map. In For Remembrance, I looked to "frame" the portraits/captions by adding more space between them and the text; but in general, I believe I have taken a similar approach in past works (with regard to spacing consideration) to what you have done in Freemasonry. Poetry is another story; I tend to prefer "framing" images between lines within a poem. My approach is usually based more on aesthetic considerations first. - Thanks for the reply; I had a look at that work again, 'framing' the plates works for me as a reader. And thanks once again for fixing what I missed. This curious pamphlet was a pretty random selection, but I did find one ref to it at the other place. I also noticed something amiss at the article on the illustrator. - The subject matter (Native American philosophy/religion) was of interest to me a couple decades ago. There seems to be a misdirected redirect at Commons; unless it is still in the process of being worked out. Londonjackbooks (talk) 14:03, 7 March 2016 (UTC)
- That was the incorrectly attributed image. I imagine the redirect was left for links from external sites. CYGNIS INSIGNIS 15:32, 7 March 2016 (UTC)
