Pange lingua

edit

The author made a mistake in citing the hymn on this page. The hymn sung during the liturgy is Sing, my tongue, the glorious battle, a translation by John Mason Neale of the hymn Pange lingua by Venantius Fortunatus. However, the author names it as Now my tongue the mystery telling, which is a translation by Edward Caswall of a different hymn called Pange lingua, this one by Thomas Aquinas. —Beleg Tâl (talk) 01:18, 14 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
