Establishment of U.S. Route 98 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 98 and an existing facility (old U.S. 98), in Barnwell, then westerly over the facility to the intersection of SR 1, then northerly to the intersection of present U.S. Route 98 just north of Fairhope.
ALASKA
Establishment of Interstate Al APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of SR 2 and the U.S.—Canadian border, then northerly over SR 2 to the intersection of SR 1 in Tok, then southwesterly over SR 1 to the intersection of Ingra and Gambell Streets in Anchorage.
Establishment of Interstate A2 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of SR 1 and SR 2 in Tok, then northwesterly over SR 2 to the intersection of SR 3 in Fairbanks.
Establishment of Interstate A3 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of SR 1 and 5th Avenue in Anchorage then southerly over SR 1 to the intersection of FAP 22 in Soldotna.
Establishment of Intsrstate A4 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of SR 3 and SR 1 southwest of Palmer, then northerly over SR 3 to the intersection of SR 2 in Fairbanks.
ARIZONA
Elimination of U.S. Route 180 Business APPROVED	Eliminate the U.S. Route 180 Business designation beween the intersection of U.S. Route 130 in Springerville and the intersection of U.S. Route 130 east of Eagar.
CALIFORNIA
I-15E Renumbering APPROVED	Renumber as I-215 presently designated I-15E from the intersection of present I-15 near Devore to the intersection of I-15 north of Temecula.
Elimination of U.5. Route 60 ACTION WITHHELD	Eliminate the U.S Route 60 designation between the present terminous east of Blythe and the Arizona-California State Line.
CONNECTICUT
Relocation of U.S. Route 44 and Elimination of an Alternate route RESUBMITTAL APPROVED	Eliminate the U.S. Route 44 Alternate designation between the intersection of I-86 and U.S. Route 44 east of Hartford and U.S. 44 east of Ashford. Remove the U.S. 44 designation from its overlap with I-86 to the intersection with U.S. 44 Alternate and designate former U.S. 44 Alternate as U.S. 44.
GEORGIA
Relocation of U.S. Route 80 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 80 and SR 26 (old U.S. 80) in Savannah then southerly and easterly over SR 26 to the intersection of present U.S. Route 80 at White Marsh Island.
MAINE
Relocation of U.S. Route 202 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 202 and SR 4A in Buxton, then westerly over SR 4A to the intersection of U.S. Route 202 in Hollis.
MARYLAND
I-97 and I-197 Renumbering RESUBMITTAL APPROVED	Renumber as I-68 presently designated I-97 from the intersection of I-95 northeast of Washington, D.C. to the intersection of I-197 west of Annapolis. Also, renumber as I-68 presently designated I-197 from the intersection of present I-97 west of Annapolis to the terminous of I-197 west of Annapolis
NEVADA
Establishment of U.S. Route 50 Alternate DISAPPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of U.S. Route 50 and U.S. Route 95 Alternate in Silver Springs, then northerly over U.S. 95 Alternate to Fernley, then southeasterly over an existing facility via Hazon to the intersection of U.S. Route 50 west of Fallon.
Establishment of U.S. Route 95 Business APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of U.S. Route 95 and Rancho Road northwest of Las Vegas, then southeasterly along Rancho Road to the intersection of U.S. Route 95 in Les Vegas.
Establishment of U.S. Route 395 Business APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of U.S. Route 395 and SR 661 north of Reno, then southerly over SR 661 to the intersection of U.S. Route 395 in Reno.
Establishment of I-80 Business (9 Routes) APPROVED	(1) - Beginning at the intersection of present I-80 and an existing facility west of Verdi, then easterly over the facility to the intersection of I-80 southeast of Verdi.
APPROVED	(2) - Beginning at the intersection of present I-80 and Keystone Ave. in Reno, then southerly over Keystone Ave. to the intersection of 4th Street, then easterly over 4th street to the intersection of B Street, then easterly over B Street to the intersection of McCarran Blvd., then southerly over McCarran Blvd. to the intersection of I-80.
APPROVED	(3) - Beginning at the intersection of present I-80 and an existing facility west of Wadsworth, then easterly over the facility to the intersection of I-80 east of Fernley.
APPROVED	(4) - Beginning at the intersection of I-80 and an existing facility 4 miles southwest of Winnemucca, then northeasterly over the facility to the intersection of I-80 3 miles east of Winnemucca.
APPROVED	(5) - Beginning at the intersection of I-80 and an existing facility about 1 mile northwest of Battle Mountain, then southeasterly over the facility to the intersection of I-80 about 1 mile southeast of Battle Mountain.
APPROVED	(6) - Beginning at the intersection of I-80 and an existing facility about one mile west of Carlin, then easterly over the facility to the intersection of I-80 east of Carlin.
APPROVED	(7) - Beginning at the intersection of I-80 and an existing facility about 3 miles southwest of Elko, then northeasterly over the facility to the intersection af I-80 northeast of Elko.
APPROVED	(8) - Beginning at the intersection of I-80 and Humboldt Ave. in Wells, then northerly over Humboldt Ave. 0.8 miles to the intersection of an existing facility, then southeasterly 1.3 miles over the facility to the intersection of I-80 east of Wells.
ACTION WITHHELD	(9) - Beginning at the intersection of I-80 and an existing facility at Wendover, then easterly over the facility to the Nevada-Utah State Line.
NORTH CAROLINA
Relocation of U.S. Route 221 and Establishment of a Business Route APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 211 and a newly constructed facility south of West Jefferson, then northerly over the facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 221 east of Jefferson. Designate present U.S. Route 221 between these points as U.S. Route 221 Business.
Relocation of U.S. Route 19 and U.S. Route Alternate WITHDRAWN	Redesignate as U.S. Route 19 presently designed U.S. Route 19 Alternate between the intersection of U.S. Route 19 and U.S. Route 19 Alternate near Bryson City to the intersection of the U.S. Route 19 and U.S. Route 19 Alternate near Lake Junalaska. Designated present U.S. Route 19 between these points as U.S. Route Alternate.
OHIO
Relocation of U.S. Route 33 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 33 and Main Street in Columbus, then southerly over 3rd and 4th Streets to the intersection of Livingston Ave., then easterly over Livingston Ave. to the intersection of U.S. Route 33 east of Columbus.
OKLAHOMA
Relocation of U.S. Route 59 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 59 and a new facility near Flint, then easterly over the facility to the intersection of U.S. Route 59 west of Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
Relocation of U.S. Route 75 Alternate APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 75 Alternate and a newly constructed facility south of Sapulpa, then southeasterly over the facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 75 Alternate northwest of Kiefer.
PENNSYLVANIA
Relocation of U.S. Route 19 Truck APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 19 Truck and Madison Avenue in Pittsburgh, then easterly via one-way city streets of Madison Ave., Reedsdale, North Shore, Allegheny Ave., and Western Ave. to the intersection of U.S. Route 19 Truck at the north end of West End Bridge.
TENNESSEE
Relocation of I-40 and I-240 Renumbering APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present I-40 and I-240 in west Memphis, then clockwise over I-240 to the intersection of I-40 in east Memphis. The present I-240 designation between these points is dropped.
Relocation of U.S. Route 23 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 23 and SR 137 at the Tennessee-Virginia State Line, then southerly over a new facility to the intersection of U.S. Route 123 north of Mars Hill.
TEXAS
Relocation of U.S. Route 281 and establishment of an Alternate APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 281 and I-37 north of Campbellton, then southerly over I-37 to the intersection of U.S. Route 251 near Sunniland. Designate present U.S. Route 281 between these points as U.S. Route 281 Alternate.
OKLAHOMA-TEXAS
Extension of I-44 APPROVED	Beginning at the present terminous of I-44 in Oklahoma City, then southerly over I-35 and I-240 to the intersection of U.S. Route 62, then southerly over U.S. 62 to the intersection of the H.E. Bailey Turnpike, then southwesterly over the Turnpike to the intersection of U.S. 177 at the Oklahoma-Texas State Line, then southerly over U.S. 277 to the intersection of U.S. 287 north of Wichita Fells, then southerly over U.S. 287 to the intersection of 8th Street in Wichita Falls.

VIRGINIA
Relocation of U.S. Route 360 and Establishment of an Alternate Route RELOCATION APPROVED, ALTERNATE DISAPPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 360 and SR 304 at Foster's Store, then southwesterly over SR 304 to the intersection of U.S. Route 58 south of South Boston, then southwesterly over U.S. 58 to the intersection of present U.S. 360 in Danville. Designate present U.S. 360 between these points as U.S. 360 Alternate.
