Law was revisioned

Hello, the law was revisioned and I think it must be re-written. But I am not good at English, so I can't write. Here is the link from Korea Ministry of Government Legistrations. Most Importantly, It does not has legal force. Only Korean Version has legal force. Thanks. --Revi Discuss WD 06:11, 15 June 2013 (UTC)
