I didn't add this in context to the existing Memoirs because, at first glance, those don't match my source (Chapter I here is Chapter II there; perhaps I'll fix this later, or someone else can); and, besides, I would've added this letter separately anyway because it deserves standalone access. --DigitalBluster (talk) 05:54, 29 June 2014 (UTC)
