Working together on the Law Enforcement book edit
Hello -
I just wanted to let you know that when I saw this on the requested texts I was very excited to work on it. I am sorry if I jumped on it too much (I had a free day from work, so lots of time).
My plan is to keep plugging through the tables. If you have any insights on them, let me know. I also might occasionally do some text pages. Feel free though to work on the tables too.
If both of us work on this we should be able to get this done quickly and (hopefully) well!

- OK, I've tied the scan into the page, and I created Wikidata items for the two "authors" (no idea who wrote the lyrics and who wrote the music). I see that you added a date of 1948 in the license. How did you arrive at that date as the last person associated with this work? I could find no date of death for Donnelly or Wilander, nor for the arranger nor the cover artist. --EncycloPetey (talk) 17:24, 3 February 2024 (UTC)

- The source for the middle initial is IMSLP. For credit, it seems they both wrote and composed it. As for 1948, I found a person with the same name as one of the authors who died then. Age seems about right for the time and publisher locale (early 20th century New York). Illegitimate Barrister (talk) 11:01, 4 February 2024 (UTC)
