I uploaded high resolution scans to Commons, here: commons:Category:The Columbia River: Its History, Its Myths, Its Scenery, Its Commerce. I am starting to add them to the Wikisource pages, for instance here: Page:The Columbia River - Its History, Its Myths, Its Scenery Its Commerce.djvu/353 I have processed about 25% of the files. They need halftone blurring, sometimes rotation, cropping, level adjustment, B/W conversion.
