I think that the source of this must have been this 1890 facimile https://archive.org/details/shepheardescalen00spenrich which commons has (in pdf) File:The shepheardes calender (IA shepheardescalen00spenrich).pdf.

Personally, I would rather see one of the 1500's editions here, the 1597 has the potential to have better ocr if a djvu can be made.
