Brandy Fix.

(Use small bar-glass.)

  • Take 1 large tea-spoonful of fine white sugar dissolved in a little water.
  • Take The juice of a quarter of a lemon.
  • Take 3 dashes of Curaçoa.
  • Take 1 wine-glass of brandy.

Fill the glass two-thirds full of shaved ice. Stir well and ornament the top with slices of lemon or lime.
