Hot Gin Toddy.

(Use small bar-glass, hot.)

  • Take 1 tea-spoonful of powdered white sugar.
  • Take 1 wine-glass of Holland, or Old Tom gin (as preferred).

Dissolve the sugar in boiling water, add the gin, and pour boiling water into the glass until it is two-thirds full.
