African War, 1899-1902 (despatches): European War, 1914-19 on Staff (despatches); appointed an Assist. Director of Transport, 1919, and Dep. Assistant, 1920; son of Col. Henry Caddell, late Registrar of Petty Sessions Clerks, Dublin; b. 1875; m. 1906, Margaret Caroline, dau. of the late Rev. J. Hughes-Jones, V. of Nevern, Pembrokeshire.
