มาตรา ๑[1.i] ศาลยุติธรรมตามพระธรรมนูญนี้มีสามชั้น คือ ศาลชั้นต้น ศาลชั้นอุทธรณ์ และศาลฎีกา เว้นแต่จะมีกฎหมายบัญญัติไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น	Section 1[1.a] The courts of justice under this Charter are of three tiers, that is, courts of first instance, courts of second instance, and the Supreme Court of Justice, save where a law otherwise prescribes.
