Re: Ordering public servants to serve at the Office of the Prime Minister


For the suitability in and benefit of the public service, the Chief of the Council for Democratic Reform, exercising the power under section 11(4) of the Act Regulating the Public Administration of the State, 2534 BE in his capacity as the Prime Minister according to the Announcement of the Council for Democratic Reform No 4, Re: The powers in the public administration of the State, hereby orders—

  1. Police General Jumpol Manmai, Director of the National Intelligence Agency (Executive Officer 11);
  2. Police Major General Peeraphan Premabhuti, Permanent Secretary to the Office of the Prime Minister (Executive Officer 11);
  3. Police General Priewpan Damapong, Deputy Commissioner General of the Royal Thai Police;
  4. Police Lieutenant General Chalor Chuwong, Assistant Commissioner General of the Royal Thai Police;

to serve at the Office of the Prime Ministers, with their monthly salaries paid by their original agencies for the time being.

This Order shall take effect from now on.
