Re: Amending an order issued by the Prime Minister under the Emergency Decree on Public Administration During State of Emergency, 2548 BE


Whereas it is appropriate to amend an order issued by the Prime Minister under the Emergency Decree on Public Administration During State of Emergency, 2548 BE so that it suits the situation that has changed, the Chief of the Council for Democratic Reform hereby orders that the provisions of (1) and (23) of article 5 of the Order of the Prime Minister No 4/2548 dated the 20th day of July 2548 BE, Re: Appointment of competent officials, chief responsible official for resolving the state of emergency, and advisors shall be repealed and replaced by the following provisions:

“(1) Secretary General of the Council for Democratic Reform President of the Committee
(23) Chief of the General Staff, Royal Thai Army Member and Co-Secretary of the Committee”.
