@Beleg Tâl: Good luck with project, it is just going to be hard. 16thC English are hard to reliably track and then to confirm identities, lack of contiguous spelling, in Latin then, spotty records then, and more so following the sacking of the Catholic churches, and the degradations of time. Lots of concentration required.
Flourishing and PD-old will be your friends, create them in WD, watch the enWS<->enWP possible merge list at WD, and maybe some of the mix and match of Magnus's TO-DO tool, and hopefully they will merge in time.
