I've restored Local Government Act 1972. I'll delete it at the end of the day. The assumption was not that everything is copy and pasted, so it wouldn't be a big deal to delete. It's just that we can't host Crown Copyright licenses anymore as it is not compatible with our copyright policy. I believe we marked most of them (some might have slipped through the cracks, I'm sure) that they were up for deletion. It was like this for many weeks. So afterwards we just deleted them, assuming if people wanted the information, they had already gotten it. Obviously that wasn't the case here, but it's no big deal to undelete. We're generally a friendly bunch here, and we understand (better than most) that deleting works sucks and the contributor will likely want to save that information (especially if he put a lot of effort into it).
