Regarding your image upload

Regarding your upload of File:Randolph County nc seal.jpg. This file has no source or license information, and it is clearly neither public domain nor qualifies for the "text logo" exception. You will have to provide a suitable license rationale for it or it will be deleted as a copyright violation. --Xover (talk) 17:56, 11 May 2020 (UTC)

Research indicates the seal was designed in 1973 by Audrey Beck and as such is still in copyright. The file has now been deleted. --Xover (talk) 19:06, 14 May 2020 (UTC)
