That if any Filhcrman, or other Perfon or Perfons whatfoever, Mafler or Owner of any Fiihing Ship, Sloop, Smack, or Fifhing VefTel, coming from Sea, or other Penon having the Conduit of fuch Fifhing Ship, Sloop, Smack, or Fifhing VefTcl, Natives or Foreigners, em- ployed either in catching, bringing, or vending of Fifh, for the Supply of the Cities of Lc;?^'/?^ and Tfeftminjicr^ fhould break Bulk or make Sale of their Fifli, or any Part thereof, between Hr.rvjich and the Nore, ox Margate and the Nore^ to any Perfon or Perfons to fell again, or fhould not enter their Ship, Sloop, Smack, or other Fifhing VefTcl, at fuch Place or Places, and within fuch Time as therein was, and herein after is, mentioned, or fhould keep any Shell, Fifli, or other Fifh whatfoever, in fuch their Ship, Sloop, Smack, or other their Fifhing Vefl'el or VefTels, or in any Well-boat or Store-boat, after fuch their Arrival, fo as not to fell off their whole Cargo of Fifh within the Space of eight Days, to be reckoned from the Day of fuch their Arrival at the Nore as aforefaid, and thereof fhould be convicted before one or more of his Majefly's Juflices of the Peace for the Counties oi Kent or Effex, or before the Mayor, Recorder, or fuch Aldermen for the Time being, who had Power to aft as Juflices of the Peace within the Corporations of ^leenborough or Gravcfend, on his, her or their own Confeflion or Confeffions, in Writing under his or their Hand or Hands, or on the Oath of one or more credible Witnefs or WitnefTes ; which Conviction fhould be final, and without any Appeal whatfoever ; fuch Ship, Sloop, Smack, or Fifhing VefTel, Boat, Store-boat, or other Boat, into which the faid Fifh, or any Part thereof, fhould be unloaded or delivered, with all Tackle, Apparel and Furniture to the fame belonging, together with the whole Cargo of fuch Fifh, fhould be forfeited by the Owners thereof, and dif- poied of as therein after mentioned ; fuch Forfeitures to be levied by Diflrefs and Sale, by War- rant under the Hand and Seal of any one or more of his Majefty's Juftices of the Peace within the faid Counties of A7;2f or £^x, or of the faid Mayor, Recorder, or Aldermen, ailing for the Time being as Magiftrates, within the Tov/ns o^ ^lecnhorough ^nA Gravefend, or fuch Mayor, Recorder, or Aldermen of any other Corporate Town, between the faid Towns of ^leenhorough and Gravefend ziA the City oi lVe/l?ninfter as aforefaid ; which Warrant or Warrants the fiiid Ju- flice or Juftices, Mayors, Recorders, or Aldermen, was and were thereby imnowered and re- quired to make and ifTue accordingly, and to be directed to the High Conftablc, Petty Conllable, Headborough, or Tythingman, of either of the faid Towns of ^ee?iboroiigh or Gravefend or any other Towns as aforefaid, near unto where any fuch Offences Ihould be committed, or where fuch Ship, Sloop, Smack, or Fifhing VeiTel, Boat, Store-boat, or other Boa,t fliould then be, to take and feize the fame, and fell and difpofe thereof within fourteen Days accordingly; and one Moiety or Half-part of the Produce of fuch Sale, after reafonable Charges dedufted, fhould go and be paid to the Informer or Informers, as the faid Juflices fliould appoint, and the other Moiety to the Truftees appointed to put the faid recited Adt in Execution, and for the Purpofes therein mentioned : Provided neverthelefs, That in cafe any fuch Fifhing VefTel was freighted or loaded with Lobfters, or whofe Part Loading might be made up with Lobflers, and the Fifliermen or other Perfon or Perfons, Natives or Foreigners, who fliould be Owners of fuch Lobflers, or have the Power to fell and difpofe of the fame, fhould fell of h'^r whole Cargo of fuch Lobflers, within twelve Days after the Arrival of fuch VefTel, at the Place or Places therein before appointed for that Purpofe, and in all other Refpe£ls conform to the JJire£lions of the faid Afts ; then and in fuch Cafe, the Sale of the whole Cargo of fuch Lobflers fhould be, and was thereby declared to be, as good a Sale thereof as if fuch Sale had been compleated and and made within the faid limited Time of eight Days before mentioned : And it was thereby further enafted. That from and after the twenty-fourth Day oijune one thoufand fevca hundred and fifty-fix, there fhould ' be
