Amending Civil Service Rules Regarding Exceptions from Examination for Commercial Agents

Amends Executive Order 364, October 31, 1905.

Schedule A, Subdivision XI of the civil service rules is hereby amended by the addition of the following paragraph to be known as paragraph 3:

Commercial agents to investigate trade conditions abroad and in the United States, including the insular possessions, with the object of promoting the foreign commerce of the United States.
