Prag Narain Bhargava is the author of the preface in page number 13 Page:Who's Who in India Supplement 1 (1912).djvu/13. Can we enter his name as author in Index page.--Rajasekhar1961 (talk) 16:35, 13 November 2017 (UTC)

He was also engaged in "undertaking the immense task of compiling a record of the Princes, Native Chiefs, Title-holders and Eminent Men of India" as per the preface. That makes him the author. Hrishikes (talk) 17:14, 13 November 2017 (UTC)
