Section4.No amnesty shall be granted to a person who has committed an act of overthrowing the Monarchy or Constitution.

Section5.The Thai people, irrespective of their origins or religions, are equally under the protection of this Constitution.

Section6.A provision of any law whose text is contrary or repugnant to this Constitution is inapplicable.


Section7.The person of the Monarch dwells in the position of revered worship and inviolability.

Section8.No person shall institute an accusation or litigation against the Monarch in any manner.

Section9.The Monarch is a devotee of the Buddha and is the supreme patron of religions.

Section10.The Monarch exercises the legislative power through the National Assembly.

Section11.The Monarch exercises the executive power through the Council of Ministers.

Section12.The Monarch exercises the judicial power through the courts.
