Section41.Persons have the equal right to receive the fundamental education under the law on compulsory education.

Persons have the freedom of education when it is not contrary to their civic duties under the Constitution and not contrary to the law on compulsory education and the law on establishment of educational institutions.

Section42.The academic freedom is protected but it must not be contrary to civic duties.

Section43.Persons have the freedom to assemble peacefully and without weapons.

This freedom shall not be restricted, save by virtue of the power under a provision of law and only in cases of public assemblies and for the purpose of protecting public convenience in using public places or for maintaining peace and order during the time the Country is in a state of fighting or war or during the time a state of emergency is announced or martial law is promulgated.

Section44.Persons have the freedom to form associations, unions, confederacies, cooperatives, or other bodies.
