C. 12. 159 ther by Loans or Exchequer Bills, upon one other Act of this Seffion of Parliament, intituled, An Acl for granting and continuing the Duties upon Salt, and upon Red and White Herrings, for the further Term of feven Years, and for licenftng the erecting new Refineries of Rock Salt in the Counties of Efkx and Suffolk, and fo much Money, if any fuch be, or the Duties thereby granted and continued, as (hall arife or re- main after all the Loans or Exchequer Bills made or to be made on the fame Acl, and all the Intereft, Premium or Rate, and Charges thereon, and the Charges thereby allowable for railing the faid Duties, (hall be fatisfied, or Money fufficient lhall be referved to difcharge the fame ; and the Sum of one mil- lion two hundred thoufand Pounds, by this Act granted out or the Surpluffes, Exccffes, or Overplus Monies, commonly called The Sinking Fund, arifen or to arife into the Receipt of his Majefty's Kxche- ?uer, at or before the Feafl Day of the Annunciation of the Bleffed Virgin Mary, in the Year of our ,ord one thoufand feven hundred and thirty-five ; and alfo the Sum of twenty thoufand five hundred feventy-eight Pounds eleven Shillings and ten Pence Halfpenny, remaining in the Receipt of Exche- quer for Arrears of former Land Taxes, (hall be appropriated and applied, and are hereby appro- priated for and towards the feveral Ufes, Intents and Purpofes herein expreffed, fubject neverthelefs to fach Reftrictions as are herein after prefcribed ; that is to fay, V.
