In case that an insured purcel forwarded by the Administration of destination to a country which has not adhered to the present Convention has been lost, rifled, or damagea en route between tIl(> place from which it was forwarded and the place of final destination, the rightful party is indemnified within the limits fixed bv the agreements in force in relations between the redispatching Office and the Office to which the parcel was forwarded. In case of forwardinO' effected through error by the Administra- tion of destination to a countrv which has not adhered to the present Convention, the re- dispatching Office is responsible to the rightful person within t.he lim- its fixed by the said Conyention.
