Each Administration will notify the other Administration regarding the countries to which parcels may be sent through its mtermediary, as well as the amounts to be entered to its credit in the parcel bills for such parcels. 3. In order to be accepted, par- cels sen t by one of the contracting countries and destined to pass in transit through the other country must fulfill the conditions fixed by the intermediate Administration.
