The United States of America and the United Mexican States, in virtue of the stipulations of this Convention, reciprocally cancel, renounce, and hereby declare satisfied all claims, of whatsoever nature, of nationals of each coun- try against the Government of the other, which arose prior to the date of the signing of this Convention, whether or not filed, formulated or presented, formally or informally, to either of the two Governments, except those claims which are included in Article II of this Convention. Agrarian, etc., (d) Claims of the nationals of lains. either country, of the character of those included in paragraphs (b) and (c) of Article I of this Convention, which arose subse- quent to October 7, 1940 and prior to the date of the signing of this Convention; and Unpaid bonds. (e) Claims of nationals of the United States of America predi- cated upon default in the pay- ment of the principal or of interest on bonds issued or guaranteed by the United Mexican States, which were not filed with the Commis- sion established pursuant to the Convention signed September 8, 43 Stat. 1730. 1923. The claims included in para- graphs (b), (c), and (d) of this Article will be the subject of future agreements which the two Governments will conclude as soon as possible. ARTICLE III d).- Las reclamaciones de los nacionales de cualquiera de los dos paises, de igual naturaleza a las comprendidas en los parrafos b) y c) del Articulo I de esta Convenci6n, originadas despu6s del 7 de octubre de 1940 y antes de la fecha de la firma de esta Convenci6n; y e).- Las reclamaciones de na- cionales de los Estados Unidos de America, provenientes de falta de pago de la suerte principal o de intereses, de bonos expedidos o garantizados por los Estados Uni- dos Mexicanos, que no fueron presentadas ante la Comisi6n es- tablecida de acuerdo con la Con- venci6n firmada el 8 de septiem- bre de 1923. Las reclamaciones incluidas en los incisos b), c) y d) de este Articulo, seran objeto de los con- venios futuros que los dos Gobier- nos concluyan tan pronto como sea posible. ARTICULO III Los Estsdos Unidos de America y los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en virtud de las ostipulaciones de esta Convenci6n, reciprocamente cancelan, se desisten y declaran satisfechas todas las reclamaciones, de cualquiera naturaleza, de los nacionales de cada pals contra el Gobierno del otro, que se hayan originado antes de la fecha de la firma de la presente Convenci6n, ya sea que hayan sido o no hayan sido registradas, formuladas o presentadas, formal o informal- mente, a cualquiera de los dos Gobiernos, con excepci6n de aquellas reclamaciones que se en- cuentran incluidas en el Articulo II de esta Convenci6n. 1350 TREATIES
