Instructions for Filling in This Form Note a) Each report will refer only to one station [see Note d)]. Note b) See Article 2. Note c) Applicable only to ships and aircraft; the position must be expressed either in latitude and longitude (Greenwich) or by a true bearing and distance in nautical miles, or in kilometres from some well known place. Note d) If both communicating stations infringe the Regulations, a separate report shall be made for each of these stations. Note e) The time must be expressed as Greenwich mean time (G.M.T .) by a group of four figures (0000 to 2400). If the infringement covers a considerable period of time, the times must be shown. Note f) A separate report is required for each irregularity or infringement, unless they have obviously all been made by the same person and within a short time. All reports must be forwarded in duplicate and, whenever practicable, must be typewritten. (Indelible pencil and carbon paper may be used.) Note g) This information is to be given only in case of a complaint about in- terference.
