  • Salad—lettuce with cream and a little vinegar

Tuesday Lunch

  • Green peas with breaded veal cutlets
  • Cold slaw

  • Apple preserve
  • Wine, mineral water

Tuesday Supper

  • Sweet or sour beef lungs prepared with rolled dumplings (appetizer)
