Every afternoon at 4 o'clock coffee with sweet bread of some kind.

Hungarian Potatoes

  • 1 quart cooked potatoes cut in large pieces
  • 3 tablespoons fat
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 cups tomato
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
